Delete your Planka account
You can delete your Planka account and synchronized cloud data either inside the app or by sending a request from this page.
In the app
Open Profile, sign in if needed, then choose Delete account and cloud data and confirm. Planka will delete the Firebase Authentication account and the synchronized Firestore record for that user. Local workout history remains on the device unless you clear app data or uninstall Planka.
Request deletion without the app
Send an email to anber.softwere@gmail.com with the subject Planka account deletion request. Preferably send it from the Google email address used to sign in to Planka. If you write from another address, include the email address used for Planka. We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify account ownership before deleting the account.

What will be deleted
After verification, the Planka Firebase Authentication account and synchronized workout/fitness data stored for that account in Cloud Firestore will be deleted. If any account-linked support/feedback record can reasonably be identified, you may request its deletion in the same message.
What may remain
Local data on your device is not removed by cloud-account deletion. Android backups/device transfers are controlled by Android/Google settings. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google Play and are not part of your Planka cloud account. Limited service-provider backups, security/fraud logs, legal records, and aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained where permitted or required.
Processing
We will process a valid verified request without undue delay. If applicable law sets a specific deadline, that deadline will be followed.
